KIRKI APARTMENTS & BOAT HIRE
IN AGIA EFIMIA
Our building is situated in the centre of Agia
Efimia, next to the City Hall and close to the market. We are 40 m from one of the beaches of Agia
Efimia.
The apartments are spacious, 47m and 52m, contain two separate rooms, (a bedroom - double bed and a living room, with a sofa-double 1.50m
bed), a bathroom and a balcony (without sea view, but remember, you are only 40m from the sea!!). There is a dinner table, a kitchenette, stew pan and the rest of facilities for cooking, a refrigerator, TV, sofas and an air-conditioning optionally.

The flats have their own entrance. Our apartments were built in august 2003. everything inside is new. Also, it is worthy to be mentioned, that the apartments have a special decoration, because we believe the stay makes the holiday excellent.

BOAT
HIRE
Another branch of our establishment is the "
YELLOW BOAT ". It is important for you to know, that our village is famous for the unspoilt,
non-touristic beaches being very close, that everyone could visit only by boat. So, you can rent a boat and explore the beautiful nature by yourself.
Hundreds of tourists visit us every year and when they return home, they take with theme the best impressions of their excursion, the best memories of our excellent collaboration too.
We offer to our customers:
the most contemporary engines that technology can offer, the most excellent manufactured boats, demonstration of the handling and use of the boat in the port of Agia
Efimia, all the required equipment of life guarding according to the Port Authorities, the required "let out for rent" licenses and the insurance contracts of civil responsibilities,
a beach umbrella and a cool bag.
Our firm has 8 boats 4.30 - 4.65 - 4.85 m. with correspondingly 15HP, 20HP, 25HP, 30HP.
If you will not want to take a boat by yourself, we give a proposition:
As a taxi service, we could accompany you to a beach, leave you there for the day long and come back in the afternoon to receive you. The price is 13 euros per person.
Or, with another charge that we discuss with you, we could take you to Ithaka by a 6m zodiac for a daily cruise and stay there for swimming or for visiting the island, using a taxi, that we could book it in advance, and you will come back the time you wish.
As you see we can propose you several ways to enjoy your vacations. So, come and don't worry about the rest.
