The Mermaid can be found in the centre of town on the main waterfront road.
It is very popular with the locals from Sami, always a good sign! Food and wine Offering all the staples of the Kefalonian menu as well as a different local speciality that changes each day.

If you like beans then ask for 'mams special bean soup' - its absolutely delicious and a meal all on its own. Other Mermaid specials include Pork or Chicken in white wine sauce.
