Lassi lies fairly close (just 3 km’s) to Argostoli and is perhaps the major resort on the island for package tours. It has a number of fine sandy beaches which are a big asset. It is a quite long resort and much of the development, shops, restaurants and accommodation stretches along the road leading to the airport.

Lassi was until recently Kefaonia’s most popular resort but that accolade is now in the hands of Skala. Lassi however remains very popular with tourists and with its wonderful beaches it is a firm favorite with the families.

The Lassi beaches do get quite busy in season but this adds to the character of the place, and because it is busy you will find some great facilities such as beach bars, watersports and sunbeds. A big selling point of Lassi is its proximity to the capital city as in the evenings many people chose to walk or take a taxi to the many superb bars and resturants Argostoli has to offer – giving you access to the islands best nightlife and fantastic beaches. It is also only 20 mins from the airport so transfers are quick and easy.

Lassi is located in the middle on the island meaning that it is perfectly positioned for trips to the other exciting parts of the island and if you fancy a day at a quiet beach there are some lesser developed beaches just 20 miles away.
